Helping you reconnect—with yourself and each other.
The only way out is through.
Whether you're seeking deeper connection in your relationship or clarity within yourself, therapy is a space to pause, reflect, and grow.
Coping strategies such as avoidance or moving in a different direction can be helpful and even healthy to use in certain situations. However, if you find yourself feeling stuck in familiar patterns, dynamics, or unhelpful thoughts and feelings, working with a therapist or coach in the context of a safe and trusting relationship can help you see things from different perspectives and get unstuck. It can also help you develop a wider variety of “tools in your toolbox” to draw from—so you’re ready to surf when the waves of life inevitably roll back in.
Life comes at us in waves. We can't predict or control those waves, but we can learn to surf.
Hi, I’m Dr. Sarah Linke. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in working with individuals and couples navigating transitions, disconnection, and longstanding emotional and interpersonal patterns. My style is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based approaches, but always practical and respectful of your lived experience. I’m also an executive leader in the digital health space, overseeing clinical and translational research. I live in Cardiff-by-the Sea, a small laidback beach town in North County San Diego, with my husband and our 3 cats. I’ve been a long distance runner for nearly 30 years, and I’m a firm believer that movement of all kinds is medicine. I’m also an advocate for a holistic perspective that integrates both Eastern and Western approaches to health, healing, and wellness, and I bring that lens to my work as a therapist. Together we’ll learn and practice surfing the waves of life.
Healing takes time, and asking for help is a courageous step.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are ready to explore patterns, heal past wounds, and build more intentional lives.
